病证名。三十六黄之一。《太平圣惠方》卷五十五：“血黄者，头痛心闷，眼运欲倒，胸膈热壅，鼻衄不止，咽喉干燥，舌上生疮。若身热如火，头面肿者，难治。”《圣济总录》卷六十一：“病人三日鼻中出血，大小便亦下血，心间烦闷，腹中有块，痛如虫咬，吐逆喘粗，此是血黄。”治用点烙法或服续随汤。参见黄疸有关各条。
