血管移植术就是当血管有缺损，不能直接缝合时，常用的手术方法，包括⑴将移植血管嵌于血管缺损处，先缝合一端血管 ⑵剪去多余血管，缝合另一端血管。移植的血管可选用自体动脉、静脉，或同种异体动、静脉，或人造血管。但在显微血管手术中，仍以自体动、静脉移植最常用。
