血痂（scab），指伤口或疮口表面上由血小板和纤维蛋白凝结而成的块状物，呈黑红色，对伤口有保护作用，伤口或疮口痊愈后血痂自行脱落，强行掰落可能会导致流血，痊愈后可能留下瘢痕。尿囊素可保护伤口结痂，不致于抓痒，又可帮助脱痂。
