蠕形螨（follicle mite）又名毛囊虫，在分类上属真螨目，蠕形螨科（Demodicidae），是一类永久性寄生螨，寄生于人和哺乳动物的毛囊和皮脂腺内，已知有140余种和亚种。寄生于人体的仅两种，即毛囊蠕形螨（Demodex folliculorum）和皮脂蠕形螨（D. brevis）。
