螺旋型spiral cut：外形呈圆形，具有182个翻面的琢型。其中心台面为近圆形的12边形，周围有12个星面及三轮（各12个）四边形的垫面及24个上腰面，故冠部为73翻；亭部结构更特殊，除有24个下腰面与冠部对应外，尚有六轮（各12个）四边形垫面，及12个菱形亭面，即亭部有108翻：上下总计181翻。这种琢型由于太复杂，很少采用，主要用于宝石本身价值不高但为了显示精湛琢磨工艺的制作。
