螭（chī ）或螭首，是古代中国上古神话传说中的龙生九子之一，属于一种没有角的龙。在中国古建筑或器物、工艺品上常用它的形状作装饰，嘴大、肚子能容纳很多水，在建筑中多用于排水口的装饰，称为螭首散水。盘螭，则是他两两盘卷的样子，曹植《桂之树行》即有上有栖鸾，下有盘螭的句子。

汉代盘螭蒲纹璧1974年出土，为一级文物。
座基较宽，平台的转角处及四周栏下饰有螭首，作张口吐水状。
