蜡样芽孢杆菌（学名：Bacillus cereus），又称仙人掌杆菌，是一种革兰氏阳性菌，β溶血性的杆状细菌。经常在土壤和食物中被发现，有些菌株会引起食物中毒，例如"炒饭综合症"（Fried Rice Syndrome）；另外一些菌株则对其他动物有益。蜡样芽孢杆菌是兼性厌氧性。与其他芽孢杆菌相同，它会产生防御性的内芽孢。它的致病因子包括施普善（cereolysin）和磷脂酶C（Phospholipase C）。
