蛇藤，中药名。为豆科金合欢属植物羽叶金合欢Acacia pennata （L.）Willd.[Mimosa pennata L.]的根及老茎。植物羽叶金合欢，分布于云南、广东、福建。具有祛风渗湿，活血止痛之功效。主治腰肌劳损，跌打损伤，风湿痹痛，渗出性皮炎，阴囊湿疹，下肢溃疡。
