虚拟件是用在ERP系统里的BOM构成方法，它的作用主要是：1。做为产品结构中的一种过渡件方式；2。虚拟件可以用于代表一组、一系列、一种属性或者一类规格的物料；3。在一个可选物料的基本组件里（产品结构呈模块化），也就是特征件，也可以用虚拟件描述，虚拟件是库存不存在的物料。
