藿香正气为传统中成药，过去有丸剂，现在又有软胶囊。主要成分为藿香、茯苓、大腹皮、紫苏叶、白芷、橘皮、桔梗、白术、厚朴（姜炙）、生半夏、甘草等。 藿香正气有丸剂和软胶囊。可以解暑祛湿，多用于外感暑湿引起的发热、胸闷、腹胀、吐泻。亦可和胃止呕，多用于湿浊过盛引起的恶心呕吐。同时可芳香化浊，常用于脾湿胃浊引起的食欲不振、舌苔厚腻、腹泻等症。
