蓄水屋面即可隔热又可保温,还能保护防水层,延长防水材料的寿命。 蓄水屋面应划分为若干蓄水区,每区的边长不宜大于10m,在变形缝的两侧应分成两个互不连通的蓄水区;长度超过40m的蓄水屋面应做横向伸缩缝一道。屋面的蓄水深度一般在50mm即可满足理论要求,但实际使用中以150~200mm为适宜深度。为了保证屋面蓄水深度均匀,蓄水屋面的坡度不可以大于0.5%。
