蒸年糕是中国北方许多地区过春节时候的一项节日民俗传统。过节吃年糕有吉祥的寓意。明崇祯年间刊刻的《帝京景物略》一文中记载当时的北平人每于“正月元旦,啖黍糕,曰年年糕”。
年糕通常用糯米粉、小麦粉、盐、水、糖制成,无论蒸、炸,还是冷吃,都十分美味。
