葛根汤，中医方剂名。出自《伤寒论》。为辛温解表剂。具有发汗解表，升津舒筋之功效。是风寒束表、太阳经输不利（或内迫大肠）证的常用方剂。主治外感风寒表实，项背强，无汗恶风，或自下利，或血衄；痉病，气上冲胸，口噤不语，无汗，小便少，或卒倒僵仆。
