营养组织也称薄壁组织、基本组织，是植物的几种主要组织之一，也是构成植物体的最基本的一种组织。植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子中都含有大量的营养组织。营养组织的细胞壁薄，液泡较大，有储藏营养物质的功能，供细胞利用。含有叶绿体的营养组织还能进行光合作用。
