菜蚜，别名：菜缢管蚜、 萝卜蚜。寄生在白菜、油菜、萝卜、芥菜、青菜、菜薹、甘蓝、花椰菜、芜菁等十字花科蔬菜，偏嗜白菜及芥菜型油菜。在蔬菜叶背或留种株的嫩梢嫩叶上为害，造成节间变短、弯曲，幼叶向下畸形卷缩，使植株矮小，影响包心或结球，造成减产；留种菜受害不能正常抽薹、开花和结籽。同时传播病毒病。
