苦参素曾用名注射用苦参素、氧化苦参碱、菲克甘特，本品为氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine)与极少量氧化槐果碱（Oxysophocarpine）的混合碱。用于慢性乙肝治疗，肿瘤放疗，化疗引起的白细胞低下和其它原因引起的白细胞减少症。
