花釉，瓷器的一种多彩装饰釉。始见于唐，盛行于宋，以后各代也都有烧制。作法是：或先于窑中烧成无釉涩胎，然后上釉入窑复烧；或一火即成；或数火乃成。一般以低温烧成居多。杂色釉渊源于“窑变”，故凡属杂色釉，都可称为“窑变”。
