花柄，亦称花梗。单生花的柄或花序中每朵花着生的小枝。它支持着花，使花位于一定的空间；同时又是茎和花相连的通道。花柄的长短因植物种类而异，如垂丝海棠的花柄很长，而皱皮木瓜（贴梗海棠）的花柄则非常短。也有无花柄的花。花柄不分枝或分枝，分枝的花梗称为小梗。花柄的结构和茎的结构相同。
