色谱分析是指按物质在固定相与流动相间分配系数的差别而进行分离、分析的方法。其按流动相的分子聚集状态可分为液相色谱、气相色谱及超临界流体色谱法等。按分离原理可分为吸附、分配、空间排斥、离子交换、亲合及手性色谱法等诸多类别。按操作原理可分为柱色谱法及平板色谱法等。色谱法已成为应用最广、药典收载最多的一类分析方法。
