色甘酸钠（Sodium cromoglicate）别称色甘酸二钠，对速发型过敏反应有着良好的预防与治疗作用。其作用机制是能稳定肥大细胞的细胞膜，阻止肥大细胞脱颗粒，从而抑制组胺、5-羟色胺、慢反应物质等过敏反应介质的释放，进而阻抑过敏反应介质对组织的不良作用。其抑制过敏反应介质释放的作用，可能是通过抑制细胞内环磷酰苷磷酸二酯酶，致使细胞内环磷酰苷（cAMP）的浓度增加，阻止钙离子转运入肥大细胞内，从而稳定肥大细胞膜，阻止过敏反应介质的释放。
