互有过失的船舶，对碰撞造成的船舶以及船上货物和其他财产的损失，依照前款规定的比例负赔偿责任。
The ships in fault shall be liable for the damage to the ship, the goods and other property on board pursuant to the proportions prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
参与恶意串通的竞买人应当承担拍卖船舶费用并赔偿有关损失。
Any bidder involved in malicious collusion shall pay expenses for auctioning the ship and compensate losses incurred.
如果因船舶的问题造成装运中断，由此造成的时间损失不能被视为延迟装运时间。
In case that loading has to be interrupted due to reasons of responsibility of the vessel, such time lost shall not be counted as lay-time.
