舞蹈手足徐动症—choreoathetoid movements 同时出现舞蹈样运动和手足徐动症。后者表现为缓慢的扭动样不自主运动，一般累及手指和四肢，仅偶尔累及言语及呼吸。本症是由于联接皮质、纹状体、脑干、小脑、下运动神经元的运动回路被病理过程阻断所致。
(2)舞蹈手足徐动症(choreoathetosis)：表现手足徐动症伴幅度较大的舞蹈样动作，见于家族性发作性舞蹈手足徐动症、非进行性家族性舞蹈手足徐动症等。
