目的：通过对咽后壁瓣治疗前后舌位置变化的研究，了解咽后壁瓣对颌面生长发育的影响。
Objective:To study the influence of tongue position before and after pharyngoplasty on growth of the face.
结果：TD发生率26.78%，好发部位依次为舌部、唇部和口周部、颌部、上肢、下肢、面部表情肌、颈、肩、臀。
Results: The incidence of TD was 26.78%. The predilection site is the tongue, lip and mouth, jaw, upper limb, lower limb, facial expression muscle, neck shoulder buttocks in turn.
