舌长，病证名。系指舌长吐出口外而收缩无力，口吐清涎，四肢逆冷的病证。本病多由胃气虚寒所致。治宜温胃散寒，方用桂附理中汤加减。此外，心火炽盛，热病伤阴、肾阴亏损等也可致本病。应审证求因，辨证用药。参见舌纵条。
