自然率（natural rate ）：卢卡斯在“自然失业率”的基础上，提出的一种关于就业、产出、物价等经济变量存在着一种由政府政策支配的实际因素（如生产、技术等）决定的自然水平的理论观点。
如果这些通货膨胀滞后系数之和 等于 1，那么将存在一个需求变量 的“自然率”（natural rate），这个自然率将使通货膨 胀保持不变，或者说它不会加速通货膨胀。
