腹膜转移癌是癌细胞经血路腹膜转移或腹膜直接种植生长所致。多继发于腹腔内肝、胃、结肠、胰腺和卵巢、子宫的癌肿和腹膜后的恶性肿瘤，也可继发于肺、脑、骨骼、鼻咽部的肿瘤以及皮肤黑色素瘤等。患者病情发展快、预后差，多需采用联合治疗措施。
方法回顾性分析20例腹膜恶性间皮瘤的超声表现，并与8例腹膜转移癌及5例结核性腹膜炎声像图对比分析。
