Objective: to explore the effect of peritoneal oxygenation on circulation and respiration in treating acute lung injury with cisapride.
结果导致NTEL的主要病因有：开放性腹部损伤；腹壁、网膜或系膜损伤，腹膜后血肿，肝脾外伤后导致的腹腔积血。
Results The main causes for NTEL included open abdominal injuries, peritoneal hemorrhage from abdominal wall, omentum or mesentery injury, retroperitoneal hematoma, liver or splenic injury.
结果除1例在分离过程中损伤腹膜外，其余手术顺利，所有患者术后恢复好，无并发症。
Results All the patients recuperate well and have no complications except one patient whose peritoneum was damaged in the process of the operation.
