腹膜后间隙是位于后腹膜与腹横筋膜间的潜在间隙，其范围自横膈至盆底和腰方肌外侧缘与腹膜壁层之间。因腰大肌和腰方肌位于腹横筋膜后，也属腹膜后范围。本病患者男女比例大致相似，年龄多在30～60岁之间。常主诉不固定腹痛和各种胃肠道及全身症状，如发冷、寒战、发热和出汗。
目的探讨腹膜后脓肿的病因，诊断和治疗。

Aim: to investigate the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal abscesses after cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy.
结果3例腹膜后脓肿的发生均与结石嵌顿并膜化于胆总管下端和术中取石操作困难有关。
Results Retroperitoneal abscesses that occurred in 3 cases were related to the impaction of common duct stones and the operative manipulation.
