腓侧副韧带为膝关节的一条韧带。此韧带为索状坚韧的纤维，位于关节的外侧。上起自股骨外上髁，向下止于腓骨小头外侧面的中部。此韧带与关节囊之间有疏松结缔组织，与半月板之间以腘肌肌腱相隔，两者不直接连结，当屈膝及小腿旋内时，胫侧与腓侧副韧带均松弛。相反，伸膝及小腿旋外时则紧张，故有限制膝关节过度后伸及旋外的作用。
