脾虚寒证，病证名。指脾气、脾阳虚寒出现的症候。见《备急千金要方》卷十五。《三因极一病证方论·脾胃经虚实寒热证治》：“脾虚寒病，泄泻，腹满，气逆，呕吐，心烦不得卧，肠鸣，虚胀，饮食不消，劳倦，虚赢，喜噫，四肢逆冷，多卧少起，情意不乐。”宜温中健脾，用补脾汤、白术汤、厚朴汤等方。或补中益气汤加厚朴、肉桂。
白腻苔和黄腻苔在Hp感染中无差异，淡舌和Hp的感染有相关性，脾虚寒湿证和湿热蕴脾证在Hp感染中无显著差异。
