脾胃，是指脾脏和胃腑。脾胃虚弱分为：脾气虚、脾阳虚、胃气虚、胃阴虚。脾气虚的症状主要是气短乏力、头晕、大便溏泻，容易出血，血色淡，甚至面色脏白；脾阳虚主要表现在：胃腹冷痛，食生冷油腻就会腹痛腹泻，大便稀；胃气虚主要表现在胃胀，胃痛，呃逆，食少，饭后胀满；胃阴虚主要表现在虚火上炎，口干、容易饥饿，胃酸、隐痛不适，口舌生疮等。
