脾肾阳虚，中医证候名。多由于体质虚弱而感受寒邪较重，或久病耗损脾肾之阳气，或久泻不止，损伤脾肾之阳，或其他脏腑的亏虚，累及脾肾两脏等引起。脾虚阳气不足，多引起大肠功能失调，表现为或腹泻，或便秘。吸收不良综合征、溃疡性结肠炎、习惯性便秘常出现或伴有此症。脾肾阳虚常见于虚劳、泄泻、痢疾、水肿、鼓胀、肾风，以及西医的慢性肠胃炎、慢性肾炎、慢性肾功能衰竭等疾病。
