脾，脾脏；俞，输注；本穴为脾之背俞穴，故名。本穴归属于足太阳膀胱经，为足太阳膀胱经循行路线上位于背部的背俞穴之一，背俞穴适用于治疗相应的脏腑病证及有关的组织器官病证，故脾俞穴是治疗脾胃疾病的要穴，除可用于治疗背痛等局部病证外，还善于治疗脾胃疾患如腹胀、腹泻、痢疾、呕吐、纳呆、水肿等。
目的：观察脾俞、肾俞穴位埋线对原发性骨质疏松妇女骨密度及疼痛的影响。
