目的：回顾分析了32例脊椎管内脑脊膜瘤的诊断及手术治疗特点。
Objective: To retrospectively analyse the characteristics of diagnosis and operative treatment of 32 cases of meningiomas in the spinal canal.
方法：结合临床资料、运用组织病理学和免疫组化方法观察20例原发于脑脊膜的血管外皮瘤，并对其中4例进行透射电镜观察。
Methods: Clinical data, combined with histopathology and immunohistochemistry of 20 cases of meningeal hemangiopericytoma were reviewed, in which 4 specimens were examined with electron microscope.
结论MRI检查能清楚显示淋巴瘤脑脊膜受侵病灶的部位和范围。
Conclusion MRI is able to clearly show location and scope of lesions that are caused by invasion of lymphoma into cerebrospinal meninges.
