脉象的一种。脉往来流利,应指圆滑,如珠滚玉盘之状。 主要是缘于血管弹性良好，血管内膜壁柔滑，血液黏滞度降低等。在病理情况下，滑脉可见于贫血、风湿病、急性感染发热后期、急慢性胃肠炎、肝硬化腹水(弦滑脉)等。 主痰饮、食滞、实热等证,又主妊娠。妇女无病而见滑脉，可判断为妊娠(妊娠2～9月)。正常人脉滑而缓和(稍有滑象)，是营卫调和、气血充盈的征象。
