脉弦是中医诊断中脉象的一种，按之有如琴弦，端直而长，指下挺然。若脉弦细而濡，为湿温初起，邪阻气分之候。若脉弦而数，多为热郁少阳，胆火炽盛之象。若弦而滑，则多为温病夹痰之象。若脉弦劲而数，则主热邪亢盛，肝风内动之象。
