脉冲极谱法 是一种极谱法。在滴汞电极每一汞滴成长后期的某一时刻，于线性变化的直流电压上叠加一个方波电压，并在方波电压单周期的后期记录电解电流的方法。它是所有极谱方法中灵敏度高的方法之一。所用支持电解质浓度可以很稀，若用三电极装置，还能在没有支持电解质的溶液中进行测定。
