胡承诺（1607年12月16日——1681年7月27日），明末清初文学家，字君信，竞陵（今湖北天门）人。崇祯举人，隐居天门巾柘间。清顺治十二年（1655年）选供县职。康熙六年（1667年）召至京师，后以年老辞归。构石庄于西村，自号“石庄老人”。著有《绎志》六十一篇、《读书说》六卷及《菊佳轩诗集》，并行于世。
