胆汁反流性胃炎（bile reflux gastritis）亦称碱性反流性胃炎，是指由于幽门括约肌功能失调或胃幽门手术等原因造成含有胆汁、胰液等十二指肠内容物流入胃，使胃黏膜产生炎症、糜烂和出血，减弱胃黏膜的屏障功能，引起H+弥散增加，而导致胃黏膜慢性病变。
胆汁反流性胃炎（Bile reflux gastritis）是指胆汁反流所引起的胃黏膜损伤而言。胆汁反流是胆汁反流性胃炎的先决条件，要诊断胆汁反流性胃炎，必须同时伴胃黏膜损伤。
