胃瘫（gastroparesis）是腹部手术，尤其是胃癌根治术和胰十二指肠切除术后常见并发症之一，是指腹部手术后继发的非机械性梗阻因素引起的以胃排空障碍为主要征象的胃动力紊乱综合征，胃瘫一旦发生，常持续数周甚至更长时间，目前尚缺乏有效治疗方法。
