肾动脉瘤并不罕见，约占内脏动脉瘤的19%。80%为单侧，17%为肾内型，30%呈多发性。男女发病率大致相当，约50%于50岁左右明确诊断。起初认为其发生率极低，直到选择性肾动脉造影应用后发现其并不少见，目前认为发病率0.1%～0.3%。按照形态和部位可分为：囊状动脉瘤、梭形动脉瘤、肾内动脉瘤和夹层动脉瘤、假性动脉瘤，其中以囊状动脉瘤最为常见，约占93%。
目的：探讨肾动脉瘤和动静脉瘘的影像学特点。
Objective: To study imaging features of renal aneurysms and renal arteriovenous fistula.
大多这样的动脉瘤位于肾动脉下面附近，这就使得临床外科手术切除得以更好的执行，原因是在此处可以有效进行人工修补。
Most such aneurysms are conveniently located below the renal arteries so that surgical resection can be performed with placement of a dacron graft.
