肺通气（pulmonary ventilation）是肺与外界环境之间的气体交换过程。实现肺通气的器官包括呼吸道、肺泡和胸廓等。呼吸道是沟通肺泡与外界的通道；肺泡是肺泡气与血液气进行交换的主要场所；而胸廓的节律性呼吸运动则是实现通气的动力。
