肺损伤属于胸外科疾病,肺脏对穿透性损伤(除高速投射物外)相对容易耐受,肺实质有很好的修复能力,除非肺门结构受损,一般肺组织的漏气和出血很快会停止,周围部分的实质损伤很少需要切除;另一方面,钝性肺损伤虽然造成较小程度的局部损伤,但由于多发性损伤的总面积加大和继发反应性改变,它能导致较严重、甚至危及生命的并发症。
