又称“肺动静脉瘤”、“肺血管扩张症”、“毛细血管扩张症伴肺动脉瘤”。肺内动、静脉直接交通的先天性血管畸形。可单发或多发，下叶较上、中叶多见。右向左分流量较大时临床可出现紫绀。并可在相应部位听到收缩期或连续性杂音。血管扩大迂曲或形成海绵状血管瘤。肺动脉与静脉直接相通形成短路。患者多为中年，偶尔有咳血。治疗方法为手术将病肺作肺叶切除术。
