肩痛（shoulder pain），肩关节及其周围的肌肉筋骨疼痛称肩痛。肩后部疼痛住往连及胛背，称肩背痛；肩痛而影响上臂甚至肘手部位的，称肩臂痛。因其均以肩痛为主要临床表现，其他部位的疼痛是由于肩痛而引起，故可统称为肩痛。应查找病因对症治疗。
