如病人血中蛋白含量低于正常，应给予高蛋白饮食。 伴胃粘膜糜烂者，可用抗酸剂治疗，如西米替丁、雷尼替丁。 抗胆碱能药物能抑制胃的蠕动收缩，阿托品（Atropine）、普鲁本辛(Propantheline)、颠茄(Belladonna)有一定疗效，但仅仅只是缓解症状。 药物治疗无效时可考虑手术。 症状： 病人常会伴有，胃胀，胃酸，嗳气，食欲不振，消化不良等症状。 治疗办法及调养： 治疗尚无良好的特效西药，中药治疗：先排毒，把胃里的细菌，致病物质，排出体外，然后快速消炎修复破损粘膜，最后调养。
（4）慢性胃部疾病人群：慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生、胃溃疡、胃息肉、手术后胃、Menetrier病（肥厚性胃炎）和恶性贫血等病变，被公认是胃癌的癌前状态疾病。
