在髋和大腿水平的股静脉损伤 Injury of femoral vein at hip and thigh level
目的：探讨大隐静脉术中可能造成股静脉损伤的解剖学因素，并提出相应的预防措施。
Objective: to study the anatomical factors in relation to the injury on the femoral vein in the operation and to provide relevant preventive methods.
方法建立家兔四肢陈旧性动脉损伤的动物实验模型，在股动脉损伤15、30、45、60、75、90天后，用自体静脉移植修复。
Methods Autologous venous transplantation was performed in rabbit of old arterial injury in the extremities on 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 days after injury.
结论：兔创伤性股静脉血栓形成与静脉内膜及内皮细胞损伤有关。
Conclusion: Rabbit traumatic femoral thrombosis is related to the injury of endothelial cell.
