肠狭窄（Intestinal stenosis）是指肠腔因炎症、增生等因素导致的肠腔变窄，常伴随腹痛、腹胀、肠梗阻等症状。主要病因包括肠道炎症、肿瘤、手术、药物或理化因素损伤，少部分为先天性肠狭窄（congenital intestinal stenosis）。狭窄可发生于肠道任何部位，克罗恩病（Cronh’s disease，CD）多见于回盲部、空肠、回肠等。先天性肠道狭窄则多位于十二指肠，回肠。
