是指肝失疏泄，脾失健运而表现以胸胁胀痛、腹胀、便溏等为主症的证候。又称肝脾不和证。肝主疏泄，肝气郁结则疏泄不利，脾气亦因之运化失职，出现以消化功能减弱为主的证候，如食少纳呆，脘腹胀闷，四肢倦怠，肠鸣失气，及胁胀痛等。治宜健脾疏肝，以健脾为主。
