方法采用自制单侧带轴可动跨关节外固定架治疗复杂肘关节骨折脱位12例，其中6例开放性损伤，4例合并神经损伤。
Methods 12 cases of complex elbow fracture dislocation were treated with unilateral hinged external fixator, 6 of which were open injured and 4 had nerve injuries.
